How do I Make a Reservation, Make Payments, and Get the Keys?

Contact Annie's Cabana via telephone at 912.308.3959, or E-mail us at annie@anniescabanatybee.com. You may also request a reservation from our website by filling out the information form provided. If Annie's Cabanais available, we will notify you and send a Rental Agreement and Reservation Confirmation that must be signed and returned to us within 14 days of receipt along with your initial payment of 1/2 the rental fee. The balance of the rental fee, plus a $250.00 damage deposit is due at least 14 days prior to your arrival, at which time we will mail the combination to the Key Box to you. We accept personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders, or cashiers' checks.

What are the Rates, Taxes and Damage Deposits?
While we at Annie's Cabana try to keep all rate information as up-to-date as possible,  published rates are subject to change without notice. All rentals of less than 11 days are subject to the applicable sales taxes: Georgia Sales Tax = 7% + Hotel/Motel Tax = 6%). A damage deposit of $250.00 is charged with the second payment of fees due and will be refunded within 14 days of vacating rental as long as there is no violation of the Rental Agreement and Reservation Confirmation, no property damage, theft, or excessive cleaning required. Upon your check-out, the housekeeper will ensure that the property is left in good order.

Holiday rates:  Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day are rented at the PEAK season prices.  

What is the Minimum Stay Required?
Annie's Cabana offers Weekly, Nightly, and Monthly rentals and is available primarily on a weekly basis from Memorial Day through Labor Day. We offer Saturday-Saturday rentals for most of the year; please call for details.  We also offer nightly rentals primarily during the OFF season. If the property is available for a Last Minute Reservation, you may be able to reserve that property on a nightly basis during the PEAK season. The minimum stay for all nightly rentals is three (3) nights.

What is the Maximum Occupancy Allowed?

The number of guests visiting or occupying Annie's Cabana is limited to 8 including children. If there are more than 8 at the house at any time, the guest will forfeit the damage deposit and we may terminate the lease with no refund of the unused portion of the rent).

What are the Check-In/Out Times?
Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM unless otherwise specified.  These times are mandatory as we must have time to clean and replenish linens and other supplies prior to the arrival of our other guests. Your cooperation in arriving and leaving on time is greatly appreciated.

What Housekeeping services are provided?
Annie’s Cabana will be equipped with bed linens, towels and bath and kitchen amenities.  Our housekeeper will have cleaned before check-in and after you check out.

What About the Furnishing found at Annie's' Cabana?
Annie's Cabana is privately owned and furnished. The descriptions were accurate at the time of printing or posting of any advertising, but subsequent renovations by the Owner may result in changes.

What Type of Maintenance is Provided?

Annie’s Cabana makes every effort to keep the equipment and appliances in working order.  Repairmen may enter the property during business hours for the repair, care or maintenance of the property.  We will do our best to have any malfunction repaired quickly.

Are Pets Allowed?

Absolutely no pets are allowed at Annie's Cabana. If pets are found at Annie's Cabana without prior approval and pet fee paid, the guest will forfeit the damage deposit and the lease will be terminated with no refund of the unused portion of the rent.

Is Smoking Allowed?
Annie's Cabana is NON SMOKING, however smoking on outdoor porches away from open doors and windows is permitted. If it is found that there has been smoking inside Annie's Cabana, the guest will forfeit the damage deposit and the lease will be terminated with no refund of the unused portion of the rent.

What If I Have to Cancel My Reservation?

In case of a cancellation 60 days or more prior to arrival for a weekly rental, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund of your 1^st payment.  If the cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival and we are unable to rent the property for the cancelled period, we will not be able to refund your 1^st payment fees, but we will apply such payment as a credit towards a rental at a future available date. It is recommended that guests purchase vacation rental insurance.

There are ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED!

Annie's Cabana has a “No-Group” Policy, which includes but is not limited to the following: school, fraternal, spring break, graduation, prom, or wedding parties. We reserve the right to immediately terminate occupancy without refund if this should occur.

TERMINATION OF RENTAL:

Annie’s Cabana reserves the right to refuse or discontinue occupancy if, in its opinion, the guest is detrimental to the property.
